Acerum, Cider & Rosemary Spritz

Ingredients

45 ml (1,5 oz)

Amber acerum

15 ml (1 c. à s.)

Simple syrup

1/2 branch

Fresh rosemary

Ice cubes

Dry Quebec cider

Rosemary

Preparation

In a shaker, combine the acerum with simple syrup, rosemary, and ice.

Strain through a cocktail strainer into a lowball glass or wine glass filled with ice.

Top with cider and stir gently.

Garnish with fresh rosemary.
